Cliff Lede Vineyards opens new exhibit “The Photography of Herb Greene” in exclusive, music-centric Backstage Tasting Lounge

(August 18, 2016; Yountville, Calif.) –– Cliff Lede Vineyards is pleased to announce the new exhibit to be displayed in the winery’s Backstage tasting lounge: “The Photography of Herb Greene,” opening today. Widely considered to be one of the greatest rock photographers of the 1960s, Greene has captured profoundly intimate portraits of iconic musicians Janis Joplin, The Grateful Dead, Joe Cocker, Jimi Hendrix, Led Zeppelin, Rod Stewart, Jeff Beck and many more. This exhibit will feature a selection of Greene’s most seminal portraits from the last 50 years.

Cliff Lede Vineyards’ Backstage tasting lounge is the winery’s VIP tasting room located in the heart of the Stags Leap District in Napa Valley. Backstage regularly boasts a rotating line up of classic-rock inspired art exhibits and is open Thursday-Monday, 10:00am-3:00pm, by appointment only. Tastings are $50 per person, and feature a selection of five wines from Lede Family Wines’ FEL and Cliff Lede labels, including some limited production or library wines, with the opportunity to purchase.
